Our Journey

Our journey began with a passion for innovative and sustainable housing solutions. Specialising in the construction of tiny homes, pods, and unique structures using light steel frames, we bring a modern and efficient approach to living.

TinyMods started off as a passion for building small alternative housing solutions that could be built in a factory, delivered to clients creating a simple alternative to on-site building creating more convenience for our clients and less impact to the environmental space.

Background

With over 20 years of experience in construction, development, and consulting, our founder brings a wealth of expertise in project management and engineering. Having worked on numerous projects involving light steel and cabin building, his dedication to creating high-quality, alternative housing options has been a driving force behind TinyMods.

We’ve also partnered with a seasoned project manager who has delivered specialised projects for over 30 years, ensuring every detail is executed with precision. Our in-house designer, an ergonomic and interior design expert with a decade of experience, adds the finishing touches to each project, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Our mission is simple: to build spaces that inspire and improve lives, all while embracing sustainability and innovation. Whether it’s a cozy tiny home, a versatile pod, or a custom structure, we’re here to make your vision a reality.
