What's Included

- Ensure the chosen surface area where the tiny space will be placed, is prepared.
- Confirm with your local Municipality regarding planning requirements.
- Arrange the services of plumbing & the electricity to the mains on-site.
- Confirm site access for delivery vehicles.
Lead time is determined by the required customisations, and order build size as well as quantities ordered. Work commences as soon as all customisations are known and the required deposit has been paid.
Delivery is quoted separately, as it is based on your specific location. We deliver using our network of transportation subcontractors who have a selection of different trucks available for each delivery.
