The Process

Step 1

You pick out your unit or design of choice & decide on all the different options & add-ons to choose from. We have an in-house interior designer if you required these services to assist you in choices.

Step 2

Should you transport and delivery of your units, this can be provided at additional cost.

Step 3

Before we are able to go any further, this is the point where you would need to pay the 80% Deposit for us to set the wheels in motion to start building your Tiny Space and vision.

PLEASE NOTE:

No plan generation or works can commence UNTIL the Deposit has reflected in our Bank Account.

Step 4

Once Deposit Payment has been received & confirmed, we have the Plans drawn up. All units come with 3d renders/Visualizations before the units are constructed.

Step 5

Upon completion of the finalised Plans, you would then need to approve them by signing them off.

As soon as we receive the signed-off / approved plans, we can get building!

During the course of the build, you are always welcome to pop into our Workshop to see & follow the progression of your build. Alternatively, we can also have little video chats with you to show you how things are going if you are unable to visit us in person.

Step 6

When the build has been completed & passes inspection, with all relevant Certificates given to us, the balance payment of 20% is due BEFORE we are able to deliver the unit to its final destination.

As soon as the Balance Payment has reflected in our Bank Account, your new Tiny Space will be delivered to you.

Things you need to know

BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER OR COMMENCE WORK ON AN ON-SITE BUILD, YOU WOULD NEED TO:

Ensure the chosen surface area where the Tiny Space will be placed, is prepared & levelled.
Confirm with your local Municipality regarding planning requirements.
Arrange the final hook-up of the plumbing & the electricity to the mains on-site.
Confirm site access for delivery vehicles.

THE LEAD TIMES OF OUR UNITS VARY:

This is impacted & determined by the customizations you would like to make, as well as the build size & quantity ordered.
Work commences as soon as all customizations are known and required deposit has been paid.

ALL DELIVERY & TRANSPORTATION COSTS ARE EXCLUDED:

Delivery is quoted separately, as it is based on your specific location.
We deliver using our network of transportation subcontractors who have a selection of different trucks available for each delivery.
